With the completion of 16 complete room refurbishments, this project entailed an organised crew to plan, collaborate with the owners on selections and work within timeframes whilst considering guests during construction. The outcome is a fresh-faced hotel room that drives a strong competitor within the hotel business

From the initial brief this project was on a tight timeframe and require attentive supervision and employee and client consideration throughout. From the ambulant toilets to the walkways and door entrances, all aspects are Australian Standard Compliant and have been built to consider ease of use for all visitors.

From an initial insurance repair to an opportunitic bathroom renovation, this project involved a complete strip out with new timber look tiles laid in a brickbond pattern from floor to ceiling and trendy new black tapware and trimmings to really modernise the bathroom.
